THE THANG: YHC took the PAX on a ruck Journey (because it was a Journey playlist) on the greenway, stopping every quarter mile to do various ruck exercises. (Except Melamine, who didn’t have a rucksack, but came along for the journey anyway. Maybe he really likes Journey?)
