WARMUP:
SSH, Windmills, Imperial Walkers, Sir Fazios (F/R), Merkins, Mountain Climbers, Downward Dog, Calf Stretches, Runners Stretch.

THE THANG:
Following a quick mosey around the parking lot, PAX was broken into 2 teams. Each team had 3 coupons and a log in front of them. The goal was to advance all items to the far end of the field via murder bunnies, redrum bunnies, log flip, and rifle carry lunges. To do so, each PAX had to do 10 reps of 1 of the following exercises, and could then advance an item 5 reps:

Burpees, V-Ups, Diamond Merkins, Bobby Hurleys, LBCs, Wide Grip Merkins, Lieutenant Dans, X-Factors (L/R = 1), Carolina Dry Docks, Apolo Ohnos (L/R=1)

Each PAX continued to do 10 reps of an exercise, advance an item 5 reps, return until all items reached the far end of the field. After the first round, teams were re-built into Over 50 and Under 50 and performed the same shuttle race in return.

MARY:
Not to be out-done by 1994’s “8 Minute Abs” video, PAX performed the following:
Box Cutters, Homer to Marge, Zombie Crunches, WWI’s, J-Lo’s, Freddie Mercuries, LSF, Leg Lifts, American Hammers, Plank for final 30 seconds.
