Backblast! We Heard the Kettlebells on Christmas Day!

THE THANG: Following a very brief 3 exercise warm-up, we got right to the Thang. Which was good because we ended at 50 min to get everything in.
The Thang was inspired by the song, “12 Days of Christmas”. Start at 1 and then go to 2 and then back to 1. Then to 3, to 2 and then back to 1, etc., etc. We did the following 12 exercises.

Day 1: 1 Conan to Barbarian
Day 2: 2 Kettlebell Swings
Day 3: 3 Goblet Squats
Day 4: 4 Overhead Presses (2 each arm)
Day 5: 5 Bent-Over Rows (each side)
Day 6: 6 Deadlifts
Day 7: 7 Side Bends (each side)
Day 8: 8 KB Merkins (4 each side) –
Day 9: 9 KB Cleans (total)
Day 10: 10 High Pulls
Day 11: 11 Lunges (total)
Day 12: 12 Kettlebell Snatches (total)
