20 Pax went “to the park, & spaced our heads out” to complete a one hour Q accompanied by a compilation of Ace Frehley’s solo music, & songs he took over vocals with KISS.
Paul Daniel “Ace” Frehley lived a life of music, mistakes, & laughter, always at Maximum Volume, & with no regrets. One of my personal favorites, & a guitar legend who inspired the formation of countless rock bands.
Standard Rio Warm Up: 10 SSH, 8 Good Mornings, 10 Imperial Walkers.

5 Items on the list:

Bojangles Biscuit: 5 Burpees, with 1 Merkin at the bottom. Increase number of Merkins each Burpee. Ex. Burpee #1, 1 Merkin. Burpee #2, 2 Merkins…. Run around path to the back corner. While there, do 25 Plank Jacks (4 Count), & return to start. Then do..Burpee#1, 5 Merkins, Burpee#2, 4 Merkins, etc.

Set of 7’s: Mosey to covered areas 1 & 2. Irkins & Squat Jumps

Rios’ Crab Dip: Split Pax into 2 groups. Group One AMRAP Dips at the fountain while Group 2 Crab Walks to fence by side of Main St & back. Flip Flop the Groups & repeat.

Agility & L-R Step Ups: Mosey to Rolesville Elementary, where we slalom columned to end & back. High Knees out- Butt Kicks Back. We wound our way next to the Gymteria to do 25 L-R Step Ups (IC).

4 Station Track Circuit: Moseyed to the back of the school where there were 4 Cones spread out along the track. Each stop featuring a different body group; Upper, Abs, Legs, & Cardio, in sets of 25 reps.
