17 Pax Celebrated Floppy (59) and Thingamabob (48) with a modified Murph courtesy of my current visit to F3 Anderson, SC.

After a short warm-up lead by Floppy, we embarked in the thang at the closest playground.

Station 1 (Playground Closest to COT):
3 times followed by a lap around both buildings, then continue to next playground.
5 x Pull Ups
10 x Merkins
15 x Squads

Station 2:
3 times followed by a lap around both buildings, then continue to next playground.
5 x Pull Ups
10 x Merkins
15 x Squads
10 x Zombie Crunches each side

Station 3:
3 times followed by a lap around both buildings, then continue to next playground
5 x Pull Ups
10 x Merkins
15 x Squads
10 x Zombie Crunches each side
20 Shoulder Taps

Station 4: 3 times followed by a lap around both buildings, then continue to next playground
5 x Pull Ups
10 x Merkins
15 x Squads
10 x Zombie Crunches each side
20 Shoulder Taps
25 Squat Thrust

I believe only @timldry was able to finish all the exercises, then we all ran half the last lap to COT.

Finished with 108 Birthday Burpees at COT.
