THE THANG: Mosey to the soccer fields and split into 4 teams.
1 team member ran to the cones (40 yards) while the rest were doing:
25 Burpees
25 Outlaws
25 Merkins
25 Big Boy Situps
25 Squats

This was done twice with a burpee challenge between the 2 rounds where Sajak ended Boys 2 Men (Scott Markel) complaints by winning the burpee challenge.

We moseyed back to the circle and did a stationary mini Dora to complete the workout:
