Wonderful to have our original Q’s of the first Excalibur workout with us who also happen to be the first site Q’s of Ne Wake: Moonshine and Floppy Disk (Tom Neal). Great time of personal reflection for me over the last 10 years and those who started and remained for 10 years in Lucky and Trey Fussell (Bill Nye).
WARMUP: Lucky led us in warmup and mosey to circle to finish the warmup. The circle was our original site, we were later kicked out for landscaping.
THE THANG:
The thang echoed the first plan 10 years ago. So we went to the hill where Floppy first Q called 7’s or 11 (10 years of memory is less than perfect). I the combined this with Floppy’s worse Q call of Burpees on the bottom and burpees on the top.
The second element was the chariot racing, which we will remember as Nye’s Merlot.

The third element was rock work in a circle, which we had not time to incorporate, we will thank the burpees for this exclusion.
