WARMUP: start with some floppy armed good mornings after brief disclaimer and review of 3 Fs and 5 key principles. Imperial walkers.
THE THANG: run to field. Stop along the way for some squats and king David squat kicks. Some burpees interspersed.

In and out series merkins and squats at the field.

Count off into 3 teams. Complete competitive Indian run bear crawl to opposite goal. ONLY ONE RUNNER/CRAWLER AT A TIME @team1. While one pax crawling pax held high plank then table pose on hands and knees then bird dogs. Winner team 3. Team 1 – DQ.

Then Indian run back to other goal at while one person sprints to end of line other pax do squats. Maintain proper arm distance from pax to pax. Winner – I’ll give to team 3.

Then Indian run side shuffle back to end of line while other pax reverse lunge. Winner team 1.

Then team relay. Split teams in half. Start by racing half the track and tag other team member who will race the final half. Pax not running do merkins, squats, and OYO exercises. In hindsight was probably a foolish thing to do but alas. Team 3 won but experienced a Pyrrhic victory with a Green thumb hamstring injury.

Return on trail back to flag. No shoulder to pull off on so the Q was hesitant to stop for the 6 but eventually relented. Stop for squats and pullups.
MARY: do Tar Heels to heaven (regular heels to heaven but with a champion mindset). 85 second chillcut hold
