THE THANG: Moseyed to back basketball court for the following:

Thang Round 1 – A little back-and-forth

Start at pull-up station for first exercise, then run to parking lot for next exercise:

Set 1 – 1 pull-up followed by 10 burpees
Set 2 – 1 chin-up followed by 20 merkins
Set 3 – 1 shoulder-up (raise self until bar touches back of neck), followed by 30 squats
Set 4 – 1 pull-up followed by 40 LBCs
Set 5 – 1 chin-up followed by 50 SSHs
Set 6 – 1 shoulder-up followed by 60 calf raises

Finished off first Round with a 1-minute chill cut (some groans were heard)

Moseyed a ways to catch our breath and found we were drawn to complete a 1.5-minute chill cut (who woulda thunk it?)

Thang Round 2 – A little forth-and-back

Started in parking lot farther from basketball court for first exercise, then ran to basketball court for next exercise:

Set 1 – 11 burpees followed by 1 pull-up
Set 2 – 22 merkins followed by 1 chin-up
Set 3 – 33 squats followed by 1 shoulder-up
Set 4 – 44 LBCs followed by 1 pull-up
Set 5 – 55 SSHs followed by 1 chin-up
Set 6 – 66 calf raises followed by 1 shoulder-up

Started our mosey back but had time to stop off at front entrance for 1.5-minute peoples chair and 5-count Balls-to-the-Wall. Then found we had still more than enough time for another 1-minute chill cut. Yea!
