We did the first ever Excalibur 500 on Thursday, but we ran out of time before we could do the last 3 exercises.
Then we did the first ever Clarion 500 on Saturday, but failed to do the last two exercises due to time constraints.
Out of a sense of incompleteness, frustration and a desire to finish a 500 workout, we did the first ever Dooley 500 and finished it. Mission accomplished.
