THE THANG: Head to the school via the trails. Stop at intersections for 10 burpees.
At school playground, do 2 Cindy then run a lap. Continued this for 15 or so minutes. Most completed 3-4 rounds of this.
Move to the field/track and do The Grinder (7s with Diamond Merkins, Freddie Mercury IC, and Jump Squats).
Mosie back to flag with stops for Box Cutters, Jump Squats, and 1 Cindy.
