WARMUP: SSH, good mornings, hill billies, merkins, mountain climbers,
THE THANG: Run all the way to the closest pull-up bar, split into groups of 3 and try best possible form of exercises. Station 1: 6 pull ups, 12 V-ups, 12 rows. Repeat 3 times. Station 2: 12 slow dips, 6 Bulgarian squats (one leg squat), 12 slow derkins. Repeat 3 times. Focus on form, rest between exercises, 2 pax rest and watch 1 exercises 🙂
