WARMUP: We had a chat with the FNG (Friendly New Guard) who gracefully, while performing his duty, kicked us out of our regular spot.

SSH, Hillbillies, 5 or 6 Merkins, Deep Squats to worlds’ best stretch.

THE THANG: We were going to play Dodge Ball at the Tennis Courts, HOWEVER…
Audible 1 – Moseyed back across the street to the path, picked a short portion of the hill for 7s – Merkins – Run – Squats.
Audible 2 – Continued mosey to the parking by the Town of Wake Forest area of the parks for another Short distance 7s – WWII – Lunges – WWI
Audible 3 – Continued mosey to the Island – Paired up for a Dora (100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 LBCs), which we didn’t finish due to time. Moseyed back to the Summer Moon parking.
