  • 1 mile – total running distance for the Mile Challenge to raise the awareness of human trafficking
  • 630 feet – St. Louis Arch is as tall as it is wide – we will carry coupons 630 feet today
  • 14 – Cactus Jump Squat is repeated 14 times (Falcon was the 14th man at his first beatdown where he passed away)


  • Two cones are placed 15 yards apart
  • For Rounds 1-8, you will perform the listed exercise at cone 1, travel to cone 2 and perform 14 Cactus Jump Squats and then travel back to cone 1
