The Thang:
IronPax 2023 Week 0 – “For the WIN”
11 PAX “braved” a light drizzle, a slight wind, and perfect temperatures to push themselves for IronPax Week 0. Melamine couldn’t even bother with AluminumPax and stayed in bed for FeatherPax.
The clock started at the beginning of the team warmup:
13 reps in cadence of
-Side Straddle Hops
-Imperial Walkers
-Shoulder Taps
-Mountain Climbers
-Plank Jacks
The team component ended and individuals then completed the following:
800 Meter Run
Each of these followed by 8 Burpees after each set:
-85 Hand-Release Merkins
-85 WWIIs
-85 Goblet Squats
-85 Dips
-85 Overhead Presses
-85 Flutter Kicks (in cadence)
-85 Kettlebell Swings
800 Meter Run
Ham stopped the clock at 41 minutes and change to lead our group, but everyone put in some serious effort, regardless of their final time.
