I did a version of this workout down in HHI led by JV and my heart rate went up to over 180 maybe 190. We subtracted the pull-ups since the play ground is a no go now and added an N.A, run but my heart rate was still lower here. So humidity makes a difference. Come to find out that Penguin did a similar workout yesterday at Quarantine.
WARMUP:
Wake up with mosey around the parking lot 1 1/2 times, SSH, IW, HB, downward dog & calf stretches, mtn climbers, runner’s stretches, deep squat with slow rise, Willy May Hayes/sir Fazio’s
THE THANG:
Start with a nice and easy Ricky Bobby run to see the progress of playground construction and circuit back to pavilion with a monkey Humper break to keep the group together.
Suicide variety of 2 columns forward and 1 column back then 25 muricans. Continue this pattern and drop the murican count by 5 until we get to 0 muricans. Follow the same pattern back with Bernie Sanders runs and 25 lbc’s, initially done IC count then reason and time directed this to single counts.
Move to Bench’s for box jumps and dips starting with 25 of each and ladder down by 5 until at 0.
Mosey back to flag.
