It’s been a while since we experienced the board of pain (Thank you Lucky for this contribution) and several of our pax have never experienced it. This was remedied today.
WARMUP: minimal, SSH then mosey over to lap and small shelter to make the most of the time.

Observations: if I had to choose between 50 burpees and 100 Mahktar Nadjies, I would choose 50 burpees.
