WARMUP: normal routine of warmup and stretching with an emphasis on the number 15 in reps.
THE THANG: after a warmup mosey around the parking lot I introduced the workout. This workout has been called chase the mule, catch the caddie, today we will call it “chase the 15 year old”.
One person carries the 40+ lb ruck as fast as they want while rest of pax does 15 reps of either muricans, Monkey Humpers, or LBC’s
. After reps are finished the pax chases down the ruck carrier. Then the reps repeat while another person bears the ruck and takes the run.
Traveled this way until we got to hammock park for morning call of 15 pull-ups and dips
. We repeat and descend by 3 then rid de and repeat till finished at 3. We took advantage of the padded ground with 100 lbc’s at yolo count. Then continued with the chase till back at start. At start we finished up by doing all 3 sets of 15 reps then chased the ruck runner til we made it around parking lot.
