Sexy & Seventeen Pax took around Lovers Lane this morning at Boiler Room to celebrate the 7th Annual Rio’s Valentine Q.

WARMUP: 8 Good AM, 10 Imperial Walkers, 10 Seal Claps, 10 SSH

THE THANG:
As we mosey our way around Lovers Ln, 5 amorous Pax received special Valentine’s from YHC. Each card included printed exercise instructions.
Stop 1: Thingamabob: Each pax had to complete two sets of five pull-ups. While waiting, pax would do 10 Meekins, 20 Calf Raises, 30 LBC.

Stop 2: Papi: 20 Squads-20 V-Ups-20 Alpine Skiers. Then 15 reps each.

Stop 3: Six Pack: Non-Traveling rocks.
20 Curls-20 Overheard Press-20 Bent Rows.
Then 15 reps each.

Stop 4: Pawnee: 7’s. Heart Shaped Outlaws & Star Jumps.

Complete 1.5 Mile Trail

Stop 5: Tube Top: 3,6,9,12 Around the Clock. Burpees, Lunges, WW1’s, & Plank Jacks. Competed 1.75 times around the clock.
