Moseyed on over church front entrance for 1-minute chill cut.

Set 1 – Do exercise, move 3 parking spots, do next exercise:
10 burpees
20 squats
30 crucifix merkins
40 single count lunges
50 calf raises
40 LBCs
30 wide arm merkins
20 jump squats
10 burpees

Set 2 (Like Set 1 but with rocks) – Do exercise, move over one rock, do next exercise, rinse and repeat:
10 kettlebell swings
20 curls
30 shoulder presses
20 goblet squats
10 kettlebell swings

Set 3 – Burpee Suicides
Complete one burpee, run 2 parking spots, complete 2, come back complete, 3, etc., building up to 7 burpees (total of 28 burpees). Some opted for an extra set of 8 while the Six finished.

Moseyed around church and back to church front entrance for 1-minute chill cut (total mileage was about 1 mile for workout)

COT – Name-o-rama, Announcements (mostly about upcoming Deacon). Prayers, including Lucky’s dad (just diagnosed with COVID), and 10K’s friend diagnosed with prostate cancer. Philippians 4:6-7 says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
