THE THANG: Mosey to Smith Creek Soccer Fields for 7s with lunges and merkins and 5s with squats and burpees. Finished with 4 sprints. Moseyed to the coupons for partner work. Partner 1 did coupons of overhead press and bent over rows while partner 2 did flutters and zombie crunches. Next was curls and triceps while other partner did freddie mercuries and lbcs. Mosey for a lap and repeat. Final sprint back to the flag.
