-20 swings, 15 overhead flutter kicks, 10 single arm push presses (10 right, 10 left), and overhead carry around loop.
Then 20 minutes of the following exercises using sandbag only…
-20 front tosses, 25 reverse lunges, 30 deadlifts, and suitcase carry around the loop, right then left. Then went in reverse, starting with deadlifts to reverse lunges to front tosses to carry around the loop until time was up.
