THE THANG: 8 PAX completed a 1.6-mile heavy carry around the greenway. Each PAX carried their own sandbag for the duration. This included a few intervals of quick pace and a short break at the 1-mile mark.

MARY: 5 minutes of stretching and ruck ab work with the Boiler Room Pax.
