PAX took a scenic route to the soccer field stopping a couple of times for exercises. 1st stop, 5 burpees, 2nd stop, 5 burpees, 10 Bonnie Blairs
At the soccer field we grabbed coupons for 3 sets of brick work. Each set consisted of;
15 Block Swings
15 Goblet Squats
15 Squat Press
Return coupons and mozie to the picnic shelter for another 3 sets of exercises. Each set consisted of;
15 Elevated Homer to Marge (heels on the bench) (IC)

15 Derkins
15 Bulgarian Split Squats (each leg)
Mozie back to the flag for a final set of exercises
5 burpees, 10 Bonnie Blairs, 15 Carolina dry docks
Finished with a few minutes of needed stretching. Good work men.
