WARMUP: SSH, Willie Mayes Hayes, Good Mornings, Imperial Walkers, Sir Fazio, & Mtn Climbers

THE THANG: Mozie over to the quad near the benches for workout and movie trivia.

Two movie trivia questions before the start of each cycle. Penalty for wrong answer was 6 burpees (for six more weeks of winter). Thanks for Boingo and Spit Valve only one penalty was issued.

Cycle one:
20 SSH

25 flutter kicks (ic)

10 Bulgarian Split Squats (each leg)
Run to the chapel, run the stairs, and back

And just like the movie, we repeated the sequence over and over, or until we ran out of time after three.
