THE THANG: For an unspecified amount of time, complete the following exercises in sequence, adding one rep after each set.
Set 1: 1 SSH, 1 squat, 1 merkin, 1 1eg Lift
Set 2: 2 SSH, 2 squats, 2 merkins, 2 leg lifts
Continue until Green Thumb call time. After about 8 minutes, time is called, and PAX starts descending in reps from where they finished back to 1 rep each.
Chet and Counterfeit reached 12 reps and back down again, with 156 reps of each exercise.
