THE THANG:
Split from the Boiler Room group and headed out for an extended (long way around) heavy carry to the tennis courts.
At the courts we completed two sets of 4 corners. At each corner we completed ascending reps of designated exercise. Starting at 7, and increasing by 7 at each corner. 7, 14, 21, 28
Set 1: Curls (sandbag or ruck) mode of travel. short sides PAX choice, long sides sand bag toss.
Set 2: Heavy V-Ups. Mode of travel. short sides Bear Crawl sandbag pull. Long sides, PAX choice.
Heavy carry back to the flag (short way)
