THE THANG: Slow mozie to in front of suck blocks near the camera crews. Ham offered $1K to say we were protesting but that wasn’t enough to entice any PAX.

200 – Up Straddle Hops (SSH but using 1 leg)

Movement to the end of the parking lot and back.

PAX had to avoid the trucks blocking the track near the playground to complete the next POTUS circuit.

30 – Prisoner Squats
4 sets – Obama (4 bear crawl movements, 4 merkins for POTUS 44)
40 – Tammy Wynette (Stand by your Man) One PAX does merkins, next to PAX doing squats.
30 – Underdogs (inverted rows from a swing, bench or rope)
20 (IC) – Sweat Angles (Think SSH movement on your 6 with legs and arms elevated)

MARY: Dig Dug, Stickle, and Change Order led us in PAX choice of Plank (5 count each), Sweat Angels (again) and WWII.
