WARMUP: PAX were slightly shocked when YHC failed to do SSH then did a few other things and then did a lap since this experimental workout would involve little running.
THE THANG: Inspired by the "Worst Mile" and the Sandbag Burpee, YHC decided to use Excalibur as a proving ground. Based on mumble chatter, it mostly worked.
PAX lined up in single file and took turns doing a sandbag burpee toss with 60# and traveled 15YD and carried back to next PAX who was completing an exercise.
The rounds were in the order of BLIMPS. We made it all the way to the plank jack's
What worked – close workout, fellowship, the sandbag variety
What didn't – too many PAX per sandbag. 1 bag per 5 would be ideal
