WARMUP: Following a warm of good mornings, hillbillies, imperial walkers, sir fazios, helicopters and merkins, PAX were instructed that today’s workout would feature controversial questions in today’s society and the number 16 (NC Electoral votes) and 47 (the President we are electing this year).
THE THANG: We moseyed over to the stairs and the PAX were instructed that we would be voting on a series of controversial topics and the majority would pick the exercises, alternating between 16 and 47.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Chad 1000x, Nov 10; Friendsgiving, Nov 16 at 5:30; Thanksgiving Convergence at MaxBandwith, 7A; Dirty Santa, Dec 4 in Knightdale following workout.
COT: Lots of prayers for several upcoming surgeries and a few folks that have lost loved ones and friends. Noted today were Char Grill’s cousin, Floppy’s son’s friend, Squirmy’s Grandfather, Chet’s M, Penney, surgery.
