WARMUP: After the warm-up of the standard exercises, we grabbed our kettlebells and headed to the side parking lot.

THE THANG: YHC and also Site-Q, noticed at a very late hour that no one had signed-up to workout, so, the PAX took turns calling exercises and we traveled around the parking lot starting with 10 reps. We then went to 15 and then 20. We had nine stops in all.

  5. Tricep Ext.
  6. American Hammers
  7. Figure 8
  8. Goblet Squats
  9. Conan to Barbarian
