WARMUP: Following a brief warm up we proceeded to the disc course.
THE THANG: We did a rack’em stack’em style workout. starting with 10 merkins, then 20 squats, 30 seal claps, 40 calf raises and 50LBCs. We proceeded through 9 holes and wrapped up with some rock work.
