WARMUP: Introduced a few new warm-ups to the PAX, including the Tai Fighter (Sir Fazio + Lunges (F/R) and Chainbreakers.

THE THANG: We moseyed over to the WFHS parking deck where there was assembled the board for F3opoly, a NE Wake classic. We got in as many rounds as possible until it was time to head back to the flag.

MARY: We had enough time for two exercises – Homer to Marge and LSF.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Next Monday will be Spit Valve and Agoge anniversary. Celebrating with Burpee golf. June 7 is Bourbon Share at Gilmore and June 20 is F2 event at WF Fungo.

COT: Thank you to Spit Valve for closing out the workout with the playing of “Taps” in memory of the men and women of this great country who paid the greatest sacrifice for our freedom!
