Mosie to stairs at the student center. Partner up. One partner runs 1 lap of serpentine stairs while other partner does “The Merkin Thing” (don’t know what to call it yet). The Merkin Thing: 1 merkin, left shoulder tap, 1 merkin, right shoulder tap, 1 merkin, left knee tap, 1 merkin, right knee tap, 1 merkin, left foot tap, 1 merkin, right foot tap, 1 merkin, left toe tap (foot stays on ground), 1 merkin, right toe tap, 1 Mike Tyson, 1 merkin, walk hands back to feet, stand up, 1 squat. When the running partner gets back, he starts where his partner left off with “The Merkin Thing”. Repeat until you have completed 15 of The Merkin Thing as a team.
Mosie to the quad for 11s of Box Cutters and Outlaws.
Mosie back to the flag to finish as all workouts should, with 50 burpees. 10 burpees at the flag, run up the stairs/hill to the corner of Carson Hall and do 10 burpees. Run to the next corner, 10 burpees. Run to next corner, 10 burpees. Run back to flag and finish last 10 burpees.
