Quick mosey around parking lots followed by SSH, Wind Mill, Imperial Walkers, Good Mornings, Merkins, Downward Dog, Runners Stretch, Mountain Climbers.

Thang 1:
3 Person Dora – 1 PAX performed sumo squats while 1 ran 100 yards to relieve PAX performing plank. Continue to shuttle back and forth exchanging roles until 300 total sumo squats were performed. Repeat above with 250 wide grip merkins on one end and holding feet off the ground at the other.

Thang 2:
Mosey up 5 light poles, on return perform 20/15/10/5 of an exercise descending at each light pole. First call was Lieutenant Dans which seemed to be a crowd favorite. Second round was Ranger Merkins which seemed to produce a lot of criticism of the numerous different forms.
