THE THANG:
3 mile out and back run with stops every .4 miles to do the following (one at each stop):
20 Merkins, 15 WWIIs, 20 Sumo Jump Squats, 10 Burpees, 20 Sumo Jump Squats, 15 WWIIs, 20 Merkins.

At each stop, PAX collected a playing card. Best poker hand went to Little Dinghy with a straight, although an unnamed PAX apparently folded a full house.
