THE THANG:

Sometimes you make a workout that turns out to be harder than you anticipated it would be. This was one of those.

A small but mighty Pax paired off and moseyed to pick up a coupon. They shared the travel back to the brick starter line at the parking lot.

First Thang was a Coupon Agility combo.

Partner A: coupon AMRAP
Partner B: cone to cone agility 3x 20 yards apart

Round one: coupon: thruster,
Agility: shuffle touch sprint back

Round two: coupon: plank pull through,
Agility: Carioca touch Carioca

Round three: coupon: swings,
Agility: bear cawl, Bernie sanders

Round four: coupon:
Agility: weighted WWII, long jumps, sprint back

Pax than moseyed out sharing the travel to put the coupons up. We then moseyed back to the large parking lot for Thang 2.

Thang 2 was a run and exercise at the cone circut

Triangle of cones set up within the large parking lot – 60 to 70 yard apart
Five tours of the circuit. At each cone stop to do 20 exercises

Cone one: standard merkins
Cone two: Squat thrust and up
Cone three: sit out toe touch, one is one
.
We about made it through the full five rounds then head to the COT.
