Moseyed over to the hill in the center quad.
THE THANG: 5 exercises and 51 reps per exercise with a run up the hill. 26 reps at the top of the hill and 25 at the bottom.
5 Exercises:
- Merkins
- star jumps
- WW2’s
- Mtn Climbers in cadence
- Carolina dry docks
We moseyed to the parking deck
The Thang 2: we started at the bottom of the parking deck and ran to the first level and did 26 reps and ran back to where we started and did 25 reps. We then changed exercises and ran to the 2nd level and did 26 reps and ran back to where we started and did 25 reps. We did this through 3 levels as we were running out of time
Exercises:
- Hand release merkins
- Jump squads
- Box cutters
We then moseyed over to the steps by the bridge and attempted to do 51 burpees. 5 at the top, run down the steps and do 5 at the bottom. As many as could be completed in the remaining time. We also stopped a few places to do 5 burpees here and there.
