WARMUP: SSH, good mornings, Cervazzios, and Willie Mays Hayes. We moseyed over to the soccer field.
THE THANG: We started at the top of the diamond and this is where we would perform all of our exercises before proceeding through different modes of transportation around the diamond.
Round 1 – 10 San Antonio Shufflers(right/left lunge, burpee, plankjack). Then we moseyed 30 yards and then burneed back.
Round 2 – 20 Burpees – we moseyed 30 yards, AYG(all you got) about 50 yards, and then moseyed back 60 yards
Round 3 – 30 Star Jumps – Mosey 30 yards, AYG 50 yards, mosey 50 yards and AYG 30 yards
Round 4 – 40 Merkins – Karaoke 30 yards and back 30 yards
Round 5 – 50 Jump Squats – mosey 30 yards, AYG 50 yards, mosey back 60 yards
Round 6 – 60 Flutter Kicks(L/R =1) – bear crawl 30 yards and mosey back
Round 7 – 70 Lunges(everyone leg is 1) – mosey 30 yards, AYG 50 yards, and mosey 60 yards
Round 8 – 80 LBC’s – Crawl Bear 30 yards and mosey back
Round 9 – 90 American Hammers – Mosey 30 yards, AYG 50 yards, and mosey 60 yards
Round 10 – 100 Side Straddle Hop – Mosey 30 yards, AYG 50 yards, mosey 50 yards, and AYG 30 yards.
THANG 2: Partner on the
- We partnered up for some tag team work. One partner ran up the hill and started doing Merkins. As soon as the partner started the merkins his teammate ran up the hill and took his place and continued the Merkins. We did this until 100 Merkins were completed.
- We partnered up for some tag team work. One partner ran up the hill and started doing CBL’s. As soon as the partner started the CBL’s his teammate ran up the hill and took his place and continued the CBL’s. We did this until 150 CBL’s were completed.
We moseyed back to the flag and finished with 5 Burpees for the road.
