THE THANG 1: small hill runs with merkins at the bottom. Ran up hill over by the entrance to the school 10 times and at the bottom we did merkins. Starting with 1 all the way to 10.
The THANG 2: broke into teams of 3, 1st teammate did a coupon exercise, 2nd teammate did a mode of travel, and 3rd teammate did exercises 75 yards away.
5 minute round exercises
Round 1 exercises:
- teammate 1 Heavy squats, teammate 2 mode of transportation 25 yards bear crawl and then run 50 yards to teammate 3 who is doing jump squats. Replace and teammate 3 will run 50 yards and bear crawl 25 yards back to start line and replace.
Round 2 exercises:
2. teammate 1 Blockees , teammate 2 mode of transportation 25 yards murder bunnies and then run 50 yards to teammate 3 who is doing burpees. Replace and teammate 3 will run 50 yards and murder bunnies for 25 yards back to start line and replace.
Round 3 exercises:
3. teammate 1 coupon swings, teammate 2 mode of transportation 25 yards crawl bear and then run 50 yards to teammate 3 who is doing Ltn Dan’s. Replace and teammate 3 will run 50 yards and crawl bear 25 yards back to start line and replace.
Round 4 exercises:
4. teammate 1 Heavy LBC’s, teammate 2 mode of transportation 25 yards Redrum and then run 50 yards to teammate 3 who is doing WW2’s, Replace and teammate 3 will run 50 yards and Redrum 25 yards back to start line and replace.
