THE THANG: we did an Indian run from the flag over to the parking decks for the main event.

Thang: Prequel to the 9/11 stairway climb. We ran to the top of the stairwell and in each floor we had exercises and reps.

5th floor: 25 squat jumps
4th floor: 20 hand release merkins
3rd floor: 15 WWI’s
2nd floor: 10 Ltn. Dan’s
1st floor: 5 burpees

We did this 5 times and then moseyed back to the flag.
