Warm ups: SSH, Good mornings, and Willie Mays Hayes. We then moseyed over to the parking garage.

That Thang 1: we separated into 2 groups for 2 different running assignments. First we did a series of workouts on each floor before our run. 1st floor 10 San Antonio Shuffles(L/R lunge, into a burpee, and a plank jack at the bottom. Half the group moseyed and then sprinted up the parking deck to the next floor. The other half did a Paula Abdul up the stairs(up 2 floors and then back down 1). On the second floor we did 20 burpees and after repeated the run/stair work. 3rd floor was 30 merkins, 4th floor was 40 jump squats, and 5th floor was 50 flutter kicks(each L/R equals 1).

We then went back down stairs and switched running routes and cut the workout in half. 1st floor 5 San Antonio Shuffles, 2nd floor 10 burpees, 3rd floor 15 merkins, 4th floor 20 jump squats, and 5th floor 25 flutter kicks.

That Thang 2: we moseyed over to the coupons for a 8 minute circuit training called Top Gun. We rotated through 5 exercises: curls for girls, bent over rows, overhead presses, tricep extensions, and heavy squats. We would do each exercise for 30 seconds and then move onto to the next exercise. Each minute we would do 3 burpees. We repeated for 8 minutes to the docile tones of top gun.

We moseyed back to the flag for 1 final burpee.
