WARMUP:
THE THANG: mosey to the steps and we did serpentine 10 times and 100 imperial walkers.
THE THANG 2: the hill in front of the seminary for our main event. We grabbed a partner only for running purposes. Everyone kept their own count for exercises. One partner would run from the fountain to the bottom of the hill and back and replace. The exercises were as follows:
- 25 LTN Dans
- 50 Star Jumps
- 100 Bulgarian split squats
- 200 jump squats
- 400 side straddle hops
We moseyed back to the flag for 5 burpees due to someone showing up late.
