Run to next adjacent parking lot for more leg stuff. In and out squats, Quarter turn squats, and lunges. 2 lot laps. Recovery squats.
Run back to lot before for recovery lunges.
Run to first lot for shoulder exercises by rock pile at flag. Do rock overhead press, shoulder shrugs, and upright rock rows and then run to opposite side of lot x 3. Pax then had palm sized rocks for lateral raises, front raise, and overhead press circuit x 3.
End shoulders with Carolina dry docks and Sir fazios.
