ME:

  • Partner up (size/strength don't matter)
  • Modification of the classic 1st and ten to include partners and blocks
  • Every 10 yards has a different exercise.  Rep count corresponds to the yardage.
  • Example: 30 yd line = 30 reps of OHP
  • Each card states if it's a combined rep count with you and your partner or an individual count
  • If it's "in cadence" then it's 4 movements (2 reps) per count
  • Odd yards (30, 50, 70, 90), Partner 1 will be doing block work while Partner 2 runs. 
  • Always run to the FAR endzone and back before switching.
  • After completing a block work, 1 partner will move the block as prescribed while the other will start the exercise at the next station.
  • Switch positions when crossing the Even yards (40, 60, 80).
  • Both partners work together to complete reps before moving to the next station.

  • For the goal line, 10, 20 will be done with your partner (no running or block movement)
  • Flip the card once you reach the opposite endzone and start again.  ON REPEAT!
