THE THANG: PAX split up into 4 groups for a three station circuit workout. One group at each station and one group always traveling.
Traveling group starts one station with 5 burpees then completes full lap around the circuit before moving onto the next station to relieve the next group.
Remaining groups stay at their station, cycling through exercises until relieved by incoming group. See stations and exercises below.
