Thang One: One HIIT Circuit: Circuit 1: Crossover Bell Merkins, squats with overhead press; SSH, High Knees, SSH, Butt Kicks. 20 LBC- 20 CBL.
Thang Two: 14 Movement in the round, while one Pax Farmer Carried a set of 40Lb Bells about 40 yards out & back to circle. Walking Pax used to keep time & switch up the exercises.
