WARMUP: Usual suspects…SSH, GM, IW, HB, WMH, SFAC followed by Bell specific WU: Deadlift, Squat, Overhead March in Place, "Side Swings" (Side lunge to Upright row alternating sides in a rhythmic pattern). Sevens with Cleans (L/R is one) and Swings. Travel alternates between via lunge walk (to) and side shuffle (fro).

THE THANG: A "Pair of Dice," one labelled with upper body calls and one labelled with lower body calls plus a standard six sided die for the count. Q calls the "multiplier" for each round based on the relative suckitude of the exercise. Three sets of 2 exercises per round. Q calls cadence on the first set followed by 2 OYO sets with an active recovery (e.g. shoulder taps, mountain climbers, LBCs) for early finishers.
