11 hopefuls welcomed the new NHL season Wednesday @ Quarantine. We attempted to change things up a bit at the end, but no too much. We liked the way the season ended last time out :blush:
Warm Up: The Rio Normal, but with added “knee Circles’ which you would have thought I asked everyone to undress.
The Thing:
3 Periods of grinding out in game like conditions.
Sine this is the 2027 Cup year, we did 20 reps of one exercise, followed by 27 of another. The 2 more movements in the same amount of reps. 3 Periods. 1 each for Upper, Lower & abs.
1st Period: Mosey to Clock Quad.

To kill off the penalty, we had to do 1 Minute of Side Straddle Hops, followed by 1 minute of Walk Out Merkins

Mosey down to formerly hidden, now exposed Coupon wall.
Spit Valve was presented the Cup (Brick), where he performed 2 OHP, & passed around to each Pax who took their moment with the cinderblock & pushed up 2 overhead presses each.
Mosey to “Rio’s Underground Garage” to divide up & pay a round of Hockey Sauce.
Team 1 defeated team 2 12-9 (I think).
We all did 5 Burpees to call it even
