THE THANG: 3 teams of 2 moved heavy stuff around the parking lot in Dora style. One at a time carried 50-60 lbs Sandbag and 60-80 lbs medicine ball, while the other ran up 100 meters or yards or whatever, and came back to pick up coupons at the spot the left off, then brought them to the partner to switch who carried the weight. This was bad, lots of things I will not do next time.
